Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd.’s Subsidiary Enters into an Agreement to Acquire Hertz & Pixelz

New Delhi, September 10, 2025: Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd. (NSE: SERVOTECH) with a broader vision to diversify and strengthen its business portfolio, our subsidiary, Hertz and Pixelz Private Limited (formerly known as Techbec Green Energy Private Limited), has entered into an agreement to acquire the business operations of Hertz and Pixelz, a proprietorship concern, marking a significant step in expanding into the entertainment and events space, reinforcing its vision of diversifying into industries that thrive on innovation, creativity, and transformative experiences.

Pursuant to this transaction, Servotech’s shareholding in the subsidiary will be reduced from 100% to 51% on a fully diluted basis, effective upon completion of all statutory and contractual formalities.

Hertz & Pixelz is widely recognized for merging precision with creativity to deliver breathtaking large-scale spectacles. With state-of-the-art audio, lighting, high-res LEDs, and video solutions, the company has consistently set benchmarks in immersive experiences, powering iconic events such as the G20 Summit, Ed Sheeran’s concert in India, large-scale exhibitions, mega concerts, and official government events across India. Its extensive in-house inventory, featuring premium audio systems, dynamic lighting rigs, high-resolution LED displays, and high-lumen projectors, enables the execution of unforgettable events.

Servotech already maintains a strong foothold in sports and event management through its subsidiary, overseeing multiple large-scale events each year. These initiatives involve recurring investments in infrastructure, rentals, and management services. The acquisition of Hertz & Pixelz strategically strengthens this vertical by adding established assets, deep expertise in corporate and political event management, and a robust rental business for premium event equipments.

This acquisition marks the beginning of extraordinary entertainment experiences, while strengthening Servotech’s strategic diversification into a high-growth industry. With this acquisition, the company is poised not only to expand its footprint in the entertainment domain but also to redefine how audiences experience live events.

Raman Bhatia, Founder and Managing Director of Servotech Renewable Power Systems Ltd., commented on the acquisition and said, “We have always believed in pushing boundaries and building ecosystems that inspire progress. The acquisition of Hertz & Pixelz reflects our commitment to entering new avenues that thrive on creativity and precision. With their proven expertise and legacy of delivering iconic events, we are confident this association will allow us to deliver extraordinary entertainment experiences and set new benchmarks in the industry.”
