1. Pre-tender and Post-tender activity management on GEM portal
2. Collect information on new tenders, assure pre-qualification for viable projects, study the Tender document and find and scrutinize major commercial and technical points.
3. Finalizing the technical documents and final financial bid.
4. Acting as bridge between company and OEMs: Floating enquiries to various suppliers for price scrutiny and comparison.
5. Coordination with various departments such as Design, Procurement, On-site, Administration etc. to get various inputs in line with Techno-commercial requirement of Bid specification.
6. Preparing, compiling & submitting all tenders (both online/offline).
7. The person will carry out activities related to tender management, from preliminary stages to post-award and contractual obligations.
8. To act as a medium of communication between the head office and various project sites.
Revenue must be as per Annual Operating Plan, Revenue must be as per AOP in each identified customer segment , Revenue must result in market shares as targeted in each consumer/product segment , Realized Pricing vis a vis competition must be as per plan, Expense budgets on Sales must be adhered to as a percentage to the revenues, Annual Operating Plan must be ready a month before the Financial year closure , Receivables from the market must be as per plan, Sales forecasting accuracy on a month to month rolling basis must be met , PSI process must be institutionalized and adhered to , Sales Skew must be balanced across the weeks of the month , The geographical presence of the sales network must be as per the market reach targets agreed in the AOP , Build Infrastructure or organization to reach all focus customer segments , Build Infrastructure or organization to reach all focus product segments , Build Infrastructure or organization to reach all national key accounts, Ensure that the products, prices and the company are approved &/or registered by various customer segments where its a pre-requisite, Build a very good organizational relationship with all customer segments resulting into the targeted customer satisfaction scores , Build a very good organizational relationship with all Dealer segments resulting into the targeted , Dealer satisfaction scores , Build & implement a proper CRM and Sales force automation system , Responsible to generate sales for new products as planned in AOP , Attract,retrain and develop the team as per plan in the team leading to the retention rate as agreed , Management of costs of BTL activities
