Servotech Renewable and Bekem Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. Enter A Strategic 60:40 Joint Venture

New Delhi, August 29, 2025: Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd. (NSE: SERVOTECH), announced the signing of a Joint Venture Agreement with Bekem Infra Projects Private Limited (“Bekem Infra”), a reputed infrastructure development company. The Joint Venture, formally approved by Servotech’s board, positions both companies to jointly pursue government-led renewable energy projects.

Under the agreement, Servotech will hold a 60% stake as the lead partner, while Bekem Infra will hold the remaining 40% stake. Bekem Infra is a trusted infrastructure development firm with expertise in large-scale project execution with over 25 years’ experience, having completed over 100 projects such as hydro-mechanical works (dams, barrages, radial gates), highways, ropeways, bridges, and more across 14 states in India.

The JV will focus on executing rooftop solar and allied infrastructure projects under flagship government schemes, including the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana. By combining Servotech’s manufacturing strength and technological expertise with Bekem Infra’s on-ground execution capabilities, the partnership aims to deliver scalable, sustainable, and impactful renewable energy solutions in their future projects.

This collaboration is expected to strengthen Servotech’s participation in large-scale government renewable energy initiatives, expand its visibility and footprint in multi-MW large-scale rooftop and distributed solar projects, and drive long-term revenue visibility while contributing positively to the growth trajectories of both companies.

There is no related party relationship between Servotech and Bekem Infra, therefore, no regulatory approvals are required for the JV.
